A full service is our most comprehensive service and includes over 120 individual checks from the habitation, chassis and damp service.

A yearly full service is recommended for those who tour in their caravan.

The habitation service includes the main body of the Caravan & Motorhome but excludes the running gear.
This service is suited to caravans sited on seasonal pitches and includes damp checks, gas and electrical safety & functionality.

The chassis service includes the running gear but excludes the main body of the Caravan.
If your caravan has had a habitation service and then later, you wish to tow it on the highway, then this service is recommended and includes brakes cleaned & adjusted, safety checks, replacement of one shot nuts, etc.

Will be completed as a part of our full or habitation service but should also be carried out as soon as you suspect damp.
Upon the identification of water ingress, repairs can be carried out.

MCS can replace the fluid in your Alde wet heating system with Alde approved antifreeze using Alde supplied  equipment.

If your current fluid is blue, then it needs replacing every 2 year or 5 years for pink. When replacing the fluid, MCS will use the superior pink antifreeze.

Changing the antifreeze in line with the Alde’s recommendation will prolong the life of your heating system. Not only does it protect against freezing, it also protects against corrosion and prevents the growth of bacteria.

Our gas safety check will concentrate on the gas system in your caravan starting at your gas bottle, regulator and pipework, appliance operation and safety, smoke and carbon monoxide finishing with CO check inside the caravan.

Once completed, a gas safety inspection report will be issued.

Do not let an issue with your caravan or motorhome ruin your stay. MCS provide a call out service where we will visit your leisure vehicle to repair or make safe so you can continue with your stay.

MCS supply and install leisure technology allowing you to maximise your stay away in your leisure vehicle.

Technology includes solar panels, 4G mobile broadband, motor movers, reversing cameras, satellite systems, leisure 12V televisions, trackers, etc.

MCS work on touring leisure vehicles such as caravans, motorhomes & campervans used for leisure activities and not as a place of residence. Please visit our services page for more details on our range of services.

Carbon monoxide is a poisonous gas that has no smell or taste. Breathing it in can make you unwell, and it can kill if you’re exposed to high enough levels. Every year there are around 60 deaths from accidental carbon monoxide poisoning in England and Wales. Please test your carbon monoxide detectors before each trip and also check they are in date and with good batteries. Whilst you are at it, also test your smoke detector and check your fire extinguisher is in date. More information on Carbon Monoxide can be found here.
